My original goal here was to create a new recipe daily, or several times a week - cook, photograph and post each one. I've been doing this since April 2011 and. . .as of today. . .I now have over 1,900 original recipes and informational posts! I'm thinking a couple cookbooks will be down the road a bit! I woke up this morning craving chili. Then, after taking a look in the 'fridge and seeing so much leftover spaghetti sauce from the other day, couldn't justify starting something new just yet. However, I loved the flavor of the sauce so decided to just add a couple cans of drained-rinsed beans to create. . .Italian Chili!
