In a large frying pan
combine cross-sections of cooked brats with chopped or sliced fresh
vegetables, a little olive oil or butter and a splash of Balsamic
vinegar. Quick saute' to brown. Add 1-2 cups of water, a little at
a time, stirring to deglaze the pot. Pour in remaining water, add
kale, saute' 10-15 minutes, add frozen peas, cover and simmer another
10 minutes. Check seasonings and add whatever is necessary. . .Lin
