4 ears of corn
1# mixed fresh beans
(purple beans turn green
when cooked)
Put corn in cold water
and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and leave corn until water has
cooled. Drain on paper towels. Cut corn off the cobs and stir-fry
in 2T butter.
Meanwhile put the cleaned beans in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Drain and combine with the corn. Toss, heat a little longer, salt, pepper and serve. . .Lin
