1# frozen shrimp
thaw and clean
1 med. onion – chopped
1 lg. clove elephant
garlic – chopped
¼c butter
2/3c chicken broth
½c water combined with
2T flour
Clean the shrimp and put
them in cold water. Start the onion and garlic cooking in the
butter. Stir and cook only a few minutes then add the shrimp and
chicken broth. When the onion is translucent and the shrimp turns
pink-orange, stir in the flour-water mixture. Continue to simmer
until mixture thickens. Serve over cooked pasta – either spaghetti
or angel hair. Makes 2-3 servings. . .Lin
