Cook
pasta until al dente'. Brown chorizo with sliced garlic, adding
chopped onion when chorizo is cooked about half way. Continue to
saute' until onions are just translucent, then add drained pasta.
Slice several sprigs of basil into the mix, stir and serve. Makes
