4 6oz. pieces of
boneless, skinless chicken
4c chicken or vegetable
broth
3 stalks of celery
1 med. onion
4 lg. cloves of garlic
½# frozen green beans
4-6 pieces of roasted red
pepper
Simmer the chicken in
chicken broth for half an hour. Cut all the vegetables into chunky
pieces and add to the pot. Simmer another hour. Makes 4 servings.
