med. sweet potatoes – cubed

med. sweet onion – rough chopped

rough chopped celery

can AROY-D red curry

can coconut milk – optional
Brown
the chicken in a little butter. Add vegetables and curry sauce and
simmer until everything is cooked the way you like it, 30-45 minutes.
At the very end add the coconut milk and heat to a simmer. Serve as
