A Memorial Day Potato Salad



2# of little red potatoes
3 hard boiled eggs


2-3T rinsed-drained capers
¼ purple onion - chopped
¼ red pepper - chopped
1½c chopped celery
1 huge garlic clove - minced


2T brown mustard
⅓c mayonnaise
⅓c sour cream
½c chopped bread and butter pickles
½T Penzy's Shallot Pepper
½T dry dill


Simmer-cook, chop and mix the ingredients appropriately.  Combine in a medium size glass bowl, then chill a couple hours before serving.  Have a great weekend everyone!  Remember the reason for this special holiday as you celebrate with family and friends. . .Lin
