Today my teeny patch of rhubarb was calling my name. . .
"Lin. . .We're Ready!"
I only pulled 3 large stalks. Since my'patch' truly is tiny, only 9" x 12", I couldn't pull all of them. This chopped into only 2 cups, but over the course of the season, I'll probably harvest 8-12 cups.
I used some recently in muffins that turned out well, mixed with sour cream, pecans, 3 different flours and chopped orange peel. I'm not sure what I'll do with this, but it'll be a fun challenge. . .Lin
