Garlic-Dill Compound Butter


1/2# - 2 sticks butter
1/2t black pepper
1/2-1t garlic salt
1-2t dry dill
1/2t granulated garlic
2t dry parsley - crumbled 


Use butter that's been at room temperature for a while.

In a small glass dish, combine the butter with the seasonings. Mash everything together with a fork or the back of a small spoon until the seasonings are well distributed. This would be great on warm crusty bread, biscuits, crackers or to use for garlic bread. . .Lin
