My original goal here was to create a new recipe daily, or several times a week - cook, photograph and post each one. I've been doing this since April 2011 and. . .as of today. . .I'm now just a few original recipes away from #2,000! Hey Food People
It's been a couple days since I last posted and will probably be Monday or Tuesday before I put up a new recipe. Lots of busyness right now. I had company the other day and made shrimp scampi that was just amazing. I didn't write it down or photograph though but will try to duplicate it at a later time. There were 4 of us for dinner and using 2# of shrimp, 3 lg green onions, 1 lg clove of elephant garlic, 3/4 stick of butter, some sour cream at the end and a sprinkle of cayenne - it was so good that there were no leftovers at all. I served this over rice noodles, since one of my guests is gluten sensitive, with grated parmesan cheese and it was just a great combination. Hope you all have a great weekend.
