Hey Food People

It's been a couple days since I last posted and will probably be Monday or Tuesday before I put up a new recipe.  Lots of busyness right now.  I had company the other day and made shrimp scampi that was just amazing.  I didn't write it down or photograph though but will try to duplicate it at a later time.  There were 4 of us for dinner and using 2# of shrimp, 3 lg green onions, 1 lg clove of elephant garlic, 3/4 stick of butter, some sour cream at the end and a sprinkle of cayenne - it was so good that there were no leftovers at all.  I served this over rice noodles, since one of my guests is gluten sensitive, with grated parmesan cheese and it was just a great combination.  Hope you all have a great weekend.  I'll be back again soon. . .Lin
