Carrots and Shrimp



Leftovers are a marvelous thing.
I was really hungry just now and the day is a busy one.
So while I'm simmering Danish Cabbage - to post later - I needed to find some food, quick.
A handful of shrimp from the freezer, thawed in warm water, dried and tossed in a pan with 1T butter,
Some leftover carrots and a snip of Boxwood Basil…..
Lunch was ready 5 minutes. . .Lin
