This one is all ingredients from Golden Harvest, except the lettuce. They had beautiful cucumbers, red and yellow on-the-vine tomatoes and also a hefty, sweet Pink Tomato! Those are really good. The avocado was just right. Since I disagree with all the other cooks and chefs I know, who insist that red (purple) onion is sweet, I only used a 1/4 here.
The red-green Butter Lettuce was from a 4-pack of red and green Artisan Butter and Frieze lettuces - fresh, crunchy and full of flavor - it's the best lettuce I've ever had.
This was all chopped up and combined in no time. . .Lin
