A High Protein Breakfast, Lunch or Snack




4oz smoked ham
4oz Swis cheese
3T onion
3 sweet mini-peppers
Rice cake, English muffin, bagel

Using a food chopper, chop onion, peppers and ham. With a sharp knife finely chop the cheese. Combine all in a small bowl, with a couple tablespoons of mayonnaise. Drop a couple spoonfuls on your rice cake, etc. Microwave just enough to melt the cheese a little. Serve with fruit or vegetable sticks. Makes enough for 3-4 servings. . .Lin
