2oz sliced-diced smoked
ham
2 beautiful fresh eggs
a sprinkle of grated
cheese
Saute' the broccoli and garlic, add ham and cook a bit longer before cracking the eggs into the pan. Stir a little, cook slowly until eggs set. Serve with tomatoes or fresh fruit. . .Lin
