Broccoli Scramble


1 crown of broccoli cut into florets
2 large fresh eggs
shredded cheese
sea salt and fresh ground pepper

Steam the broccoli in a covered pan with a little water. When half done, move to the side and crack in the eggs. Stir to break them up, add seasonings, mix with broccoli then cover and cook a little. Flip eggs, cook a little while longer until done the way you like. Top with cheese and cover to melt a few minutes before serving. . .Lin
