1# thick sliced pre-cooked ham
6-8 med. potatoes – peeled and sliced
3-4 stalks celery – sliced
1 med. onion – sliced-chopped
1 can cream soup
Fill this can with half & half
Fresh ground pepper
8oz. shredded cheese
Arrange first 4 ingredients in a 9x13” baking pan. Mix soup and half & half together. Pour over ingredients in pan. Season, cover with cheese then bake at 350° 60-90 minutes. . .Lin
