1¼# chicken breast or dark meat - cut up
¾c 20 min. white rice
3-4 stalks of celery –
sliced
3-4 carrots – scrubbed
and sliced
1 lg. onion – chopped
2T EVOO
2 lg. cloves of elephant
garlic – sliced
1 lemon – zest and
juice
6-8c water
1T Rosemary Seasoning *
1-2T Better Than Bouillon - Chicken
Saute' the first group of
ingredients 5-15 minutes covered, stirring occasionally, adding a
little water if needed. Add remaining ingredients, stir, simmer
another 20-30 minutes.
