¾c raisins
pineapple juice or white
Balsamic vinegar
2 shredded carrots
1 sm.-med. onion - chopped
1 sm.-med. onion - chopped
¾c± mayonnaise
1 broccoli crown –
broken into small florets
Put the raisins in a
medium glass bowl, cover with juice or vinegar. Microwave for about
40 seconds then let cool. Shred the carrots into the bowl, add
mayonnaise and broccoli and mix well. Chill an hour or so to blend
the flavors. Slivered almonds could also be added for a nice crunch . .Lin
