Horseradish Mashed Sweet Potatoes

4 med. sweet potatoes – peel and cube

1c heavy cream

3T± horseradish

1t sugar

1t± pumpkin pie spice

Cook the cubed sweet potatoes until they're soft enough to mash. Drain then return to the pan. Mash with the remaining ingredients. Serves 4-6. . .Lin
