Cilantro Potato Salad



2 lg. potatoes peeled and cubed
½c mayonnaise
1T horseradish sauce
½ med. onion – chopped
salt and pepper
¼-½ bunch of cilantro – snipped


Cook the potatoes for a very short time to keep them a little crisp. Add warm drained potatoes to the medium bowl where the other ingredients have been combined. Mix and chill for an hour or so before serving. . .Lin
