Quick Shrimp and Rice Bowl

⅓ c bamboo rice
1 c fresh cold water
1-2 T butter

¾-1 c frozen peas
6 big shrimp

Cook the rice, butter and seasoning slowly, until the water is almost gone.  Add the peas and cut up shrimp.  This was one huge serving.  With a big mixed vegetable salad, it would easily feed two people...and...it only took a half hour, from start to finish.
